About Me

Ali Ihsan Erdem is working as a Senior Consultant in Enterprise Risk Services Department at Deloitte Turkey, Istanbul. He was born in Ankara and he is a Bilkent University, Business Administration graduate.

During his career in Deloitte, he has participated in many local and international projects, including corporate audit, risk-based consultancy, internal control assessment, risk assessment and quality assessment reviews.

Conducted interviews with C-level management and tested the efficiency of controls, made readiness tests for Sarbanes – Oxley in Turkey and abroad.

Sectors he is experienced with are; service industry, FMCG, telecom, manufacturing, banking and finance. Some of the business cycles which he conducted risk management & consulting projects are entity level controls, S2C (Sales to Collection), P2P (Pay to Purchase), fixed assets, production, revenue, inventory management, payroll and HR, deposits, lending (consumer and commercial), accounting and financial reporting.

Ali Ihsan Erdem is also enthusiastic about Web 2.0, Internet Start-Ups, Online Advertisement and Web Design. He has designed several personal, business and community web pages.
